hanging out in the office while david sands the walls in the front room. he's been at it for an hour and a half. ugh. it's going to take a while to dust all that mess up!
found out about this guy who worked 52 jobs in 52 weeks to find his passion. i should have done that when i was 18! ha! http://www.oneweekjob.com/
praying our water is not disgusting tomorrow like it was today as i'd like to wash up all the baby's clothes, diapers, blankets, etc.
got a lot done the past few days. organized the office some more, cleaned the house, organized the baby room monday and yesterday, today, housesat for some friends, cleaned the house, trimmed the shrubs, polished some bullnosed marble tiles, loaded scrap metal in the jeep, sold it at the scrap metal place (got $41!), dropped off some recycling and some stuff at goodwill, returned something to walmart, bought dave a used 31x10.50 tire for his spare rim in the jeep so we can sell a set of 5 super swampers, went to 3 grocery stores searching out the best deals, etc, etc. but there is still so much more to do before this baby comes!
still hoping to get the front room painted this weekend and the master bath completed. and oh yeah, have dave help me set up the crib and the pack n play and finish the baby's closet shelves, etc, etc. i feel so bad b/c there are so many things i need his help with and he's just so incredibly busy. :( i hope that when we have the baby he can rest while he's home from work. ha! i know that's probably not going to happen with a new baby in the house...but at least i can have that dream for him.
praying especially for some families in our sunday school class this week. some of them are going thru some really hard things and my heart goes out to them.
