Phil & Shan came out Saturday April 8 with the carport. David and Phil immediately started putting it up in the spot Dave had prepared for it next to our house. It was very chilly out that evening and they worked till almost 10:00. I'm so proud of David for inheriting his Dad's hardworking attitude.



That evening we had filet, bergian potatoes, salad & ice cream. The next morning we all went to New Hope. Unfortunately, once again, they did not get to hear our actual pastor, David Bourne. The assistant pastor, Mike Maglish was preaching. That was fine. He is really interesting too. But as Shan said, she's beginning to think we just made David up cuz she's never heard him...every time they come out and get to go to church with us there's something different going on...After church we went to TSC for supplies and had lunch at BD's Mongolian BBQ thanks to a gift card from Ty =) Then we came back home and enjoyed the beautiful weather. It was a lot warmer Sunday than Saturday.
