Things that seem important at the moment...

1. Help! I have seriously eaten way more than my fair share of chocolate today.
2. Tomorrow is the shortest day of the year. After that, life will just get better! (More sunshine = more happiness for me at least...)
3. Realized we have had our blog for over 1 year now (Dec 13th was the anniversary...) Thanks to all you avid readers out there! If you are lurking, leave a comment, make yourself known :)
4. The Christmas marathon is well underway for us. It's "total Gihad" according to my father....this is his new favorite phrase...I'm including a pic of us at Aunt Connie's party last Saturday - where we got some awesome homemade fudge :)
5. My friend Camille was hired on at my work yesterday. She starts in January. YES! I am so excited about this. I talked to her for almost an hour tonight catching up. It is just so awesome to me how God has worked in our relationship over the years. Amazing!
6. Had a small group Christmas party tonight. Lots of fun! :)
7. I've been doing some serious soul searching this week too. About why I react in anger, sadness and jealousy to certain situations when I should react with happiness. I faced one of those situations last night. ....We determined that it must be Satan trying to attack our marriage. Well, Satan, it's NOT going to work!! God is doing some incredible things through us with money these days and we're not changing our plans cuz of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
