Sunday we went to a family owned 28000 cow dairy farm about 90 miles from our house. It was very interesting to see the carousel milking parlor where they milk 72 cows at a time for 24 hours/day. (They only had 2800 cows at the farm we toured - they have 9 other farms each with 2800 cows at those...)
I played a game where I hung the milkers in 15 seconds (the average is 21...) and we got to see a calf be born. Yay!
