by the way, i talked to erica this afternoon. she found nismo and rico at the humane society. i'm so relieved for them!! YES! she sounded soooo happy on the phone :)
dave and i are attempting to begin a running regimen tonight. we're going to follow a training schedule like the one here: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml or here: http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/Programs/conservative_program.htm so that someday we will be able to run a 5K (3.1 miles)...we pretty much know that running is one of the best forms of exercise and it would be fun to run out by our house...and cost effective...so...we're starting tonight. perhaps one of these days we'll run before work, but it's pretty hard to wake up in the dark.
