I'm heading to Knoxville Wed afternoon for work. Will return Fri night. Rearranging my evenings for the rest of the week now. I hope to fly if corporate will hurry and get me a flight. If not, I may be driving.

Focusing today on only eating good things. I decided on the way to work when I heard the song above that I will pray for strength each time I feel tempted to indulge in bad stuff.
