After getting home from the dr. tonight I wasn't really sure what to make for dinner. I almost told David that we should go out to eat. But then I managed to scrounge up this delicious meal. It tasted so good. Microwaved beef tips and gravy from the Schwan man, leftover mashed potatoes that had been in the freezer for a month or so, and Schwan's frozen peas. I mixed mine altogether like I was a little girl again.
Right before we sat down for dinner I looked outside. A rainstorm had just passed thru and the sun was coming back out. It was gorgeous shining thru the pine trees. Very lovely. Couldn't resist taking a pic of God's amazing world.
