we went to ohio for the big weekend.

• had lunch at margaret's cream and sugar cafe on saturday with our parents. her restaurant is so amazingly relaxing. i love it!
• daydreamed about living in a barn. it may be an option. still dreaming...
• moved some things we don't necessarily need while selling our house into dave's parents' spare bedroom. so kind of them to let us do that.
• dave worked on welding the plastic on his dad's 4-wheeler while i visited with aunt connie and uncle dick for 3 hours.
• went to tastee freez with darrin & sarah and chatted with them all evening. had a great time.
• went to oak grove for church. saw a lot of old friends. dave shared about costa rica with the sunday school class for the last 20 minutes.
• had a cookout at pat's with the neer family. enjoyed lounging in the back yard. got some sun. finally.
• rode bikes with phil
• went to rudy's bbq with my parents and ice cream afterwards
• slept well.
• raked hay
• spent time with my husband
• had lunch
• went on a 4 wheeler ride thru fields and pastures looking at the rolling hills of champaign county. didn't realize where we grew up. it is so flat here.
• had supper with dave's parents and ice cream afterwards
• drove back to indy

it was a fun-filled busy weekend. i'm glad to be back home in our 1300 sq ft. i'm going to enjoy it since we may downsize significantly. i have lots to do this week. work and preparing for a yard sale and possibly an appraisal and painting and sanding floor and.....and.....and.....ok. i just need to take this 1 step at a time. whew. i'm wearing myself out.
