ladies and gentlemen, this is WHY we needed to borrow a covered trailer. dave spoke with the loan consultant today. apparently the appraisal was not ordered on the 20th when it should have been, taht's why we haven't heard from the appraisor (can you say, "act of GOD?") so, we should get a call from an appraisor sometime in the next couple days. so much work yet to do to make the house look presentable but we do have a lot more done that a week ago!
