freezer meals

I've often heard of people cooking for a whole month ahead of time. The idea appealed to me but never enough to do it. Well now that the kitchen is partly out of commission, I decided last Thursday to spend the day making lots and lots of food. I made 3 loaves of bread, a lasagna, chili and sloppy joe meat. It was so nice this week to have some homemade meals already made that just needed heated up.
