Highlights of our Weekend :)

• took a shower for the .....umpteenth time this week with very little water pressure. could hardly get the shampoo out. (WHAT is the DEAL with that??? is it anson? is it our pressure tank? is it our well pump? hmmmmm...)
• tried on a pair of pants for church while packing to go to ohio and looked in the mirror to see an absolutely enormous bug on the back of my pant leg. ripped the pants off. it resembled a cockroach. was totally freaking out. cried. screamed until my voice hurt. then dave got home, asked him to kill it, so he threw the pants at me with the bug still on them...ahhhhhhhhhhh...really hope these are not roaches. david says they're not. but i saw 2 of them...hope they're not reproducing. i don't know if i can go to sleep here tonight.
• went to ohio for shan's bday party and mother's day
• had a near miss on the interstate on the way there. saw a ford escort that almost hit us bounce off a guardrail, fly backwards across the EB lanes of I-70, across the median, and into the WB lanes to be hit by a ford expedition. all this happened RIGHT behind us. very intense. dave called 911. praised the lord god almighty for our safety!!!!!
• got to see jenny & linn's video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that was so cool but sad too cuz we just want to be able to go see them anytime we feel like it. (and maybe we will this year?!?!?!?!?!)
• dreamt that i was pregnant then went to tell my parents and they were like, "well, that's nice. we're having a baby too!" ahhhhhhhhh...told my mom about the dream and she dreamt i was pregnant too.
• went to oak grove for church. dan & jim played a cool bluegrass song. very nice.
• had lunch today with my gma and gpa and aunt barb and uncle butch and emily and stinky. very good. mom gave me a steamer. (so excited to experiment with it!! steamed veggies are GOOD)
• ate lee's chicken (mmmmm) on our way home tonight
• got starbucks in greenfield (NOT a good points choice)
• now i'm preparing in my own little way for the big week ahead!!
