Just made a separate blog for weight loss posts - realslimkatie.blogspot.com - check it out! I will eventually move all weight loss/health related posts to it.
Also, I have started monitoring all comments before they are published, so...if you comment and it doesn't show up right away that's why. I kept getting all kinds of comment spam and had to deal with it...
