by the way, to jenny and the other anonymous commenter, thanks for your encouraging words in response to my post yesterday. it helps to know you guys care. :) i feel less alone now. jenny, i'm sorry that you were feeling down too. but don't feel too left out just yet. after all, we still have to determine if we can even afford to sell our house (hopefully we'll have the appraisal results tomorrow or wed) and then we have to actually sell it...so, there's time. :)
