just walked 2.1 miles on the treadmill while watching an episode of little house. :) i'm hoping that this working out will not only help me lose weight but give my attitude a boost.

I haven't had a chance to leave a comment for ages but really felt for you the other day when I saw how you were struggling. It's such a horrible feeling to be 'blue'. Exercise is definately a good way to deal with those feelings as is really saturating yourself with God's word. I hope your day today is much improved.
